However, not all of these appointments are available to book online because our schedule is very dynamic, it’s constantly changing. So we ask that you please give our office a call to book your appointment with us with the most current schedule available.

Office Cancelation Policy:

We require a 24 hour or more notice of cancellation or change to your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to give your appointment spot to another person in need of being seen. On some days we can have 5+ person waitlist PER doctor. Advanced notice of appointment change could really help us help other people.

If you provide us with less than 24hr notice of cancellation or change to appointment you will incur the following fee’s: $30.00 per late cancellation (less than 24hr notice)

If you do not provide any notice we consider this a ‘No Show’ and you will incur the following fee’s:

$65 per No Show appointment due prior to your next appointment

$135 if you No Show your Initial Appointment

We will make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.

We require a valid card on file in order to book your appointment We have a right to refuse service if you do not comply with our office policy’s.
